Acrisure London have chosen Brain Research UK as their Charity of the Year 2025 in memory of their colleague Ian. Tragically, Ian suffered a fatal brain aneurysm in 2025.
Whatever the size of your business, we want to work with you to create a partnership that will not only make an impact on the lives of everyone living with a neurological condition, but will help those affected to live better, longer.
We are funding top research teams across the UK, who are making real progress and driving forward knowledge in our three priority areas: brain tumours, brain injury, and headache. You support will help to raise awareness and vital funds so that we can find the causes of and better treatments for neurological conditions.
Brain conditions affect a large number of people across the UK. In fact 1 in 6 of us has a neurological condition. The Neuro Facts section on our website has data on how neurological conditions impact people across the UK.
Being our charity partner will not only have a positive impact on employees but will help to raise vital funds and much needed awareness the work that we do.
We have a broad range of powerful stories highlighting how neurological conditions profoundly affect people. These are highly relatable and we use them to help inspire our partners’ staff to fundraise. The people that have shared their stories also often write to our supporters to thank them for their raising money for us. This is a very powerful way to recognise a person or team’s fundraising efforts.
