Arranging time to meet with a solicitor isn’t always easily possible. That’s why we have partnered with Farewill, the UK’s largest Will writer, who offer an easy way to create a will by answering a set of questions online.
The Farewill team of experts will review your instructions and make sure your wishes are clear. As soon as Farewill has contacted you and you are happy with your Will, you can download and print it, and follow the instructions to ensure it is signed and witnessed correctly. If you need any updates to your Will or have any questions, Farewill’s team is available to help.

We have also partnered with The Goodwill Partnership, the largest distributor of home-visit solicitor-provided Wills in England and Wales. They also provide video and phone appointments should you prefer.
You’ll be visited at home by a trained financial professional – not a solicitor, but someone with in-depth understanding of the process – who will take your instructions. These will then be passed to one of The Goodwill Partnership’s independent solicitor partners who will provide your Will directly to you. You will receive the discounted rate of 108 + VAT for a single Will, if you quote ‘Brain Research UK’ when contacting The Goodwill Partnership by phone or via the web address, details below.
